The Cobble Hill Primary Bathroom
A windowless primary bathroom the size of a closet, made to feel like a hotel's.

BeforeAfter- The job
- A framed shower with pitted glass, a builder's-basic vanity, a strip mirror, and small white wall tile that had gone gray at every grout line. No window, and an extraction fan that moved nothing.
- What we did
- Large-format tile floor to ceiling, a walk-in shower behind a single frameless panel with a recessed shampoo niche and a linear floor waste, a wall-hung oak vanity with a stone top, a backlit mirror, and a properly sized ducted exhaust.
- Timeline
- Three weeks, within a full apartment renovation
- The result
- Not one inch more floor area — and it no longer feels like the room nobody thought about. It was one room of a fixed-price renovation of the whole two-bedroom co-op.
