One team, one fixed price, start to finish

Design, permits, construction and the details in between — handled by one team, so you only ever have one number to call. Every project runs the same steps, so you always know what's happening now and what comes next.

  1. Phase 1

    Free In-Home EstimateNo obligation

    We visit your home, listen, measure, and talk honestly about budget and timing. You'll have a budget range within a week.

  2. Phase 2

    Design & Fixed Price

    Layouts and finishes with our design director, then an itemized, fixed-price proposal — no vague allowances that grow later. Any change is priced in writing before work continues.

  3. Phase 3

    Approvals

    DOB permits, Landmarks (LPC) filings and co-op or condo board packages — prepared and managed by us, with insurance certificates issued to your building.

  4. Phase 4

    Build

    A dedicated project manager, protected floors, daily clean-up and a written update with photos every Friday.

  5. Phase 5

    Walkthrough & Warranty

    We finish the punch list together, hand over every manufacturer warranty, and stand behind our workmanship for two years.
